Military Law

If you are a member of the military, you are well aware of the leverage the Government has over you and your family’s well-being. Not only are you subject to court-martial, but you can also face career-threatening administrative action at the command’s whim. Whether you are facing prosecution through court-martial or adverse administrative action, the situation demands that you hire an attorney with extensive military law experience.

Even if you are not facing a court-martial, the Government’s use of administrative actions can have dire consequences.  At an administrative procedure, the Government must only prove their case by a “preponderance of the evidence” to win. A preponderance of the evidence simply means “more likely than not” or 51%.  Depending on the type of administrative hearing, the Government can end your career, eliminate your chance for retirement, or make you ineligible for many key benefits. You must take the threat of adverse administrative action just as seriously as a court-martial. If your records or discharge status have been affected by either court-martial or administrative action, we can help you correct this as well.  We are standing by to assist you anywhere in the world, regardless of military branch.
